SHOP SERVICES
We preform all sorts of repairs and maintenance at our location on trucks, trailers, pumps, and much more, with a wide variety of available tooling and equipment. We specialize in final drive rebuilding, hydraulic diagnostics, engine - transmission - complete hydraulic system repair, custom fabrication, welding, and so much more. Our new shop can accommodate even the largest type of machinery for all repairs. We also have fully equipped field trucks for on-site repairs, and preventative maintenance which reduces your machine down time and transportation costs.
ONSITE EQUIPMENT AND TRUCK REPAIR
Double J Equipment Repair LLC has the proper credentials, equipment and experience to troubleshoot, resolve and repair the issue effectively. Our field service trucks are custom built and engineered to be ready for any and all of your problems. We pride ourselves on the efficiency and capability of our mobile service truck, whether its major or minor repairs, they are ready.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Our Preventative Maintenance services are what set us apart from equipment dealers. Not doing proper maintenance on any equipment will shorten its life. We service any make and model Caterpillar, Case, John Deere, Hitachi, Komatsu, Volvo, and many more. We also have maintenance contracts to manage your equipment needs and keep your overall costs down while utilizing oil sampling and lab testing.
EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS
Double J Equipment Repair LLC has the Equipment Inspection experience to help keep you running smoothly. We offer the highest quality customer service and will treat your machine as if it were our own. We offer general mechanical inspections as well as MSHA safety inspections and an included inspection with every PM service.
LABORATORY OIL SAMPLING AND TESTING
We utilize oil sampling and testing with Caterpillar labs, This allows us to prevent major failures and monitor your equipments internal condition and wear.
